Lawyers (BORA), Specialized Lawyers Act (FAO), Lawyers Compensation Act (RVG), Professional
Regulations of the Lawyers of the European Union (CCBE) and the Law on the Activities of European
Lawyers in Germany (EuRAG). The latest version of the law can be found on the website of the Federal bar Association of Germany

A tax advisory activity of lawyers is governed by the Steuerberatergesetz (StBerG), the Implementing
Regulation to the Steuerberatergesetz (DVStB) and the Steuerberatervergütungsverordnung (StBGebV).

The European Commission provides a platform for out-of-court online dispute resolution (the so-called “OS platform”) at www.ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. KARST is neither obliged nor willing to participate in the dispute resolution procedure.
